Through the Vermont Online Library(VOL), electronic information databases are accessible to all Vermonters by way of their local public or school libraries. Because Putney Public Library is a member of VOL, these resources are available to you 24 hours-a-day from not only the library, but your home, your office, or anywhere Internet access is available.

These electronic databases allow you to search a wide range of magazines, journals and newspapers, plus provide general as well as topic reference resources for kids, teens and adults. To see a full listing and description of the databases VOL provides, you can pick up a brochure at the library or view it online.
